Spanish childrenswear brand Tocotó Vintage invites us to step into its Bazaar, where hidden secrets are waiting to be discovered.
A sense of mischievous magic, present in the every day, informs the direction of the Autumn Winter 2019 collection. Glitter-dipped mary janes and white lace dresses are too irresistible to be saved for best. Romantic flower prints in muted tones are beautifully styled with denim palazzao pants, knitted berets and topped with openwork cardigans.
Animal print, intrinsic to Tocotó Vintage’s DNA, features in a busy leopard pattern used across tulle leggings and tracksuit separates. It also creates an impact as the ears on a hooded, checked coat and as a faux fur collar. The collection is texturally rich, with tulle, open knitwork, twill and plaid techniques used. Flashes of metallic Lurex add a touch of surprise to striped shirts, headbands, dresses and a sheepskin bomber jacket.
